Made by Mauser in 1943, this near mint P.38 was brought home by a returning vet. Shooting it for the first and last time.

  • last time? what exactly do u mean by that???

  • @BeanG007 The gun is too collectible to be shot, but I couldn't resist running a few mags through it just to say I've shot it.

  • These guns were made to last so no problem with using it regularly. I understand your decision but it is a shame to keep it on display when you could be rocking the range. If you do like it's looks and feel grab yourself a post war P1 and shoot it (although it would probably break before this the P38 would, if it ever did)

  • @pcarfan944 i understand, that is a beautiful weapon and it should be well taken care of. I'm sure ul take great care of it. Keep up the good work and thanks for showing it to us!

  • Why do you say first and last time? Great looking gun.
