What bothers me most of all is the poor human relations skills of the officers. Even if they were correct, which they weren't should they not recognize that they are "public servants"? If they are conducting their duties, they should listen patiently, not merely override and overrule and overtalk the citizen. Have they completely forgotten who works for whom? By the way, courtesy should be given by the "perpetrator" also.
