She should be glad that she is now free to persue her very promising future. Her fan base is already huge. She will be sucessfull at whatever she decides to do I'm sure.

Here's my take: She may have had the right to free speech...but she still was disrespecting gays (hence the boos from the crowd) when she gave her comments on the topic.

So while she may not support gay marriage, she still needs to respect those who do...and I don't think she has..yet.

No she's not denying their rights. They don't have a right to marriage. You say this like gays have the right to be married and she's saying they shouldn't have that right. Show me in the law where homosexuals are guaranteed the right to marriage. It's not there nor should it be. Homosexuals should, on the other hand, have the right to proper mental care which they can pay for on their own.
