I did a whole new workout routine all week!

**New Workout Routine**
3x/week
Rollerblading (6 miles, ~40 minutes, vigorous effort)
Weight Lifting (Full arms, shoulders, back, chest, & abs circuit)

**Improved One Exercise**
Cycling - Going faster burns more calories! And - you should bike outdoors ;)

I took videos of ALL the exercises I did but there was no way they were all fitting into this one video :P

  • I never used to rollerblade because I was soo scared. But at my middle school, we just finished rollerblading/climbing, and when you go mwith your friends..IT IS SO FUN!
