front carry with a newborn

I have demonstrated the front carry with a newborn. There has been a question with how to get the head support more snug. My suggestion is to put the baby on at the height you normally carry your baby, bring the right strap over the right shoulder and left strap over the left shoulder. I would then pull the fabric directly below the strap on both sides to make the carrier snug behind the babies shoulder blades. This will provide more head support when you pull the strap up behind the baby's head.
