I really enjoyed your video. I had bought everything to make a seafood paella and was looking for a video to remind me how to. I was born in Spain and wanted something that tasted like home. I came across your video by pure luck. I made the paella while following your video. Needless to say it was a hit, no left overs unfortunately. Thank you and I look forward to seeing more of your videos with authentic Spaniard food.

@mariafrogley .....adding rice so late in the process will only overcook your seafood.... and with that your paella will have very hard and small pieces of seafood....

Very good video but how many cups of rice and how cups of stock do you use for 4 people in your dish? I am a beginner and I need to have some idea of the quantities...Thank you again.

Well for every one small coffe cup of rice, you put three of stock. :)

Thank you for writing back I was interested in hearing from you. tomorrow I will make one and I already have a ton of items, cut and ready. I am using both meats and seafood and spanish chorizo, but the real safron is hard to find so I am using a goya powder seasoning which contains saffron and is for paella. at my church we have a study group of six people and I am cooking it. I had to go to Tijuana, mexico to buy a big paellero it was only $25 so again thank so much
