A video about Lucas North, a character from series 8 of the British TV show "Spooks," or as it's called in America, "MI-5." He was imprisoned for espionage in Russia for 8 years, and the video picks up with his return to London and MI-5 and his attempts to get back to his old life. This song is... pretty much perfect for him.

No, he's in series 8 at least as well. You should watch it, although I liked Matthew Macfadyen and Rupert Penry-Jones in the series as well.
