Utilizing a variety of implements we performed:
Suspended Push-ups + Chains
Log Curls
Standing Scarecrows
Barbell Shrugs
The great thing about using chains for standing scarecrows instead of gymnastic rings or TRX straps is that the weight of the chains provides tensions across multiple angles for the shoulders. The movement of the scarecrow targets the posterior delts and the weight of the chains hits the rest.

Hi
I've been training for a few years now and my power lifts are good i.e. deads and squats. But no matter what I do I just can't increase my bench press (you name it, i've tried it). I've been on about 110kg/240lb for years. Any advise is welcomed

thats a really good idea, the chains force his form to be perfect, which in turn causes a proper contraction. i should have thought of that

wow thats really good.. I just tried doing that.. instead of pushing using chain i used rope.. but i put the 20 lbs chain each on my back.. it works really good.. and im only a freshman in high school XD
