Three little bears

A few days ago we were visited by another mother and her little ones. They didn't stay long enough to play in the sprinkler though.

You are so lucky to live at a place where you can experience nature up close like this. With the population of people growing, it is important to learn how to live close to wild animals and coexist together, in harmony. :>)

I stumbled into a blindworm once. I was less than 5 feet from it, unarmed. Shat my pants, really.
By the way, the video is perfect! Judging from what I've seen in various videos now, Anchorage seems to be the place to be.

I remember I stumbled into a bear once. I was less than 15 yards from it, unarmed. Quite intimidating hah. I live up in Fairbanks, Alaska. Theres much more wildlife up here.

@nookief Most sources say to play dead and curl up in a ball, but some say to stand your ground and even fight sometimes. Best advice...stay in your car.

@nookief Yes, they are dangerous especially if you stumble upon them after they've made a kill. That summer we had many different bear encounters in our yard. Last year we didn't have any. In Anchorage we don't generally have trouble with bear. We're more likely to get hit by a car walking down the street than getting attacked by a bear or moose. It still happens, however, we still live life and enjoy playing outside and enjoying nature. Thanks for your question!
