Charles Sprinkle 1 - Are Speeding Tickets Legal?

Charles SPRINKLE - sued the Cop, cops wife, cop supervisor & his wife, over a speeding ticket, says HE "TRAVELS" in his car, does not DRIVE in his car, because Driving is "commercial". 35 years he has NO Drivers Lic.

@ShadesofBlue153 What we need to do is take a statistic of number of car accidents and see what is the percentage of license drivers and no license drivers who where involved in automobile accidents.

This has been tried by several people on several occasions in several locations within the first circuit. Every time, the court has ruled against the defendant. Can't knock this guy for finding a loop hole though. From a practical stand point however, it's a safety issue. I know many people don't want to hear it, but they may feel differently if an untrained, untested or proven to be unsafe driver killed their family member and noone had any legal recourse to prevent or do anything about it.

No need for any case info. This man is a freak and I have dealt with many of these. This has gone to the higher courts many times. The legal definition of driving is "being in actual physical control of a conveyance." This includes all motor vehicles, bicycles, golf carts and yes, even lawn mowers.

@LightsnotStars  Well you got a job to EDUCATE people in VA. and USA... Good Luck. Even when you win lawsuits against the cops and authorities, they don't change. WE NEED a lower ratio of People to Representatives. Currently House Reps are 1 for 700,000 people. Constitution says every 30,000 people including children and women should have 1. RATIO. R A T I O.
