@SMDB82 If the front office continues to make good decisions in the draft and in free agency I think that ten years from now we'll be able to look back and talk about a Detroit Super Bowl or two. They have the foundation in place for the most part, now its all about making improvements and getting better. When Stafford hits his prime he's going to be a beast no doubt.
Its a good time to be a Lions fan because I think we are in the midst (at the very beginning) of a Detroit resurgence.
Out of all the teams in the league, the Cleveland Browns have one of the ugliest jerseys in football and they've remained relatively unchanged throughout the years. I'm generally of the opinion that I'd like to see teams wear throwback jerseys more often because in most cases I think the simplicity of the old uniforms is superior to the busy look of many modrn uni's.
The Browns are one of the few exceptions, they need to do something with those things. Brown & Orange, terrible color combo IMO.

This was the game where Bert Bell was an uber asshole and didn't allow anyone in Detroit to watch the game on TV even though the game was sold out!

Interesting that Ray Scott was doing the game. I always associated him with the Packers.
