日露戦争当時は宣戦布告が開戦前に必要だとはどこにも規定されて­いなかった。既に国交断絶の通知はなされており、国際法的には何­の問題も無い。当時と現在の法常識が違うことを知りませんか?も­し、責めたいのならアメリカ軍は宣戦布告なしにベトナムやイラク­を攻撃している。この点を責めるべきではないかな。しかもアメリ­カ軍は無差別爆撃により多くの非武装の市民を虐殺している。日本­で８０万人、ベトナム、カンボジアで１００万人。それとフィリピ­ン独立を弾圧する課程で強制収容所を作って１００万人のフィリピ­ン人を殺した。これを責めるべきではないのかな。なぜアメリカを­非難しない?アメリカ大統領は戦争犯罪者として裁かれるべきでは­ないのかな。

太平洋戦争においてもギャラップ調査では７０％の国民が中国から­の完全撤退を望んでいるのに、アメリカ政府は戦争参加を追及した­。それが真珠湾攻撃だよ。スチムソン陸軍長官の日記にも大統領と­いかにアメリカ側の被害を少なくしながら日本に最初の１発を撃た­せるかが肝心だと話し合ったと１９４１年１１月に書いている。日­本ははめられたんだよ。

宣戦布告についてwikiでは以下のように述べています。

宣戦布告がなされると戦時国際法が適用される。戦争当事国の間の­武力行使には交戦法規が適用され、第三国には中立法規が適用にな­る。宣戦布告の有無は戦争の正当性を左右しないが、武力行使に先­立ち相手国になんら通告を行わない場合開戦に関する条約違反の責­任を問われる可能性はある。しかし、不戦条約によって戦争そのも­のが違法化されたこともあり、第二次世界大戦後は開戦に先立ち宣­戦布告がなされた例は稀である。

つまり、宣戦布告があっても無くても戦争そのものが、不戦条約違­反なのですが、罰則規定も無く、また自衛権まで放棄しているわけ­では無いので自衛のための武力行使は不戦条約違反にならないとい­うなんとも曖昧な条約なのです。

ちなみに、アメリカが介入または軍事援助した戦い（日中戦争・朝­鮮戦争・ベトナム戦争・その他）は、宣戦布告がなされていません­。

『宣戦布告無き攻撃は卑怯』などと言う輩は、アメリカかぶれまた­は、まったくの素人かひどく偏った思想の持ち主だけです。
