In the State of Texas there are people who are on death row, without actually having killed someone. They are convicted under what is known as the law of parties. Texas is the only state in the country that applies the law of parties in capital cases. This mini-documentary explores the story of five men and one woman who are touched by capital punishment.

I'm Happy with one less crook on the streets. I call it bad luck just like all the innocent victims out there who have been murdered or robbed. Because of their fucking GREED, they ended up in the situation they are in. They knew right from wrong the minute they started robbing with a Gun. The real heroes are the ones who get an honest job working 9 to 5, five days a week. Not like these scums who think they can do it the easy way. GET A JOB AND WORK HARD. Its the only way to help yourself!!

Im black and im happy that these monkeys get the death penalty who bring death to their victims and utter misery to the family of their victims and bring our afro african community down in the eyes God, white america, and other minorities.

Still this law of association is bogus, but the death penaly is needed for child rapists and other murderers. why should we pay for their room and board?

its just not right it does not matter if you were with the person who killed if you did not do it you shpuld not loose your own life that you loose your freedom is ok.
