  • I think that Congress just realizes that, since the government never spends within the confines of a budget, that budgeting is irrelevant. The government is too big for its own britches.

  • Representative Wittman needs to be more specific. Republicans have not been the problem in this. DEMOCRAT Leaders need to "Reconsider Decision to Skip Federal Budget Debate." DEMOCRATS need to get spending under control, and for House DEMOCRAT leaders to reconsider their decision to skip the federal budget process this year.

  • Kudos to Rep. Wittman for bringing this up. The unsustainable growth of the US government, a skyrocketing deficit, bankrupt entitlement systems, the monopoly of money creation by the federal reserve, and elected officials who don't uphold their oath are domestic threats to the people of America.
