will this computer play resident evil 5 and left 4 dead and the sims 3 cause im lokking for a desktop that will?

i haven't tried resident of evil 5 yet but it will play sims i know that for sure. I have windows 7 right now. But im pretty sure it will play

i upgraded mine with pentium dual core e5300(celeron 450 stock) + 4gb of ram(2gb stock)+e-geforce 9600gt. i upgraded everything and i didn´t even spent more than 500 bucks. And it came with monitor. got it in sale in walmart only 299 with windows 7 coupon :D
