@StikWitClassics Well to be fair, Mary was on her way to get Little Adam, but Alice told her to go on and get the rest of the children out. But that boy was stuck in the bathroom and she had to stop and let him out . That's what really stopped Alice from getting out of the house in time. Also, this was the first time he'd seen Mary/Adam since the tragedy, and of course it still hurt. He didn't really blame them per-say. Just angry for the way it all happened. Either way, they all suffered.

Even though the fire was started accidentally by Albert and the other boy, it was still nice how Jonathan/Charles, and Andy/Albert could still be friends through it all.

I think this episode is the first time of seeing Andy grieve for his mother. When she died in the fire, the focus was more on Jonathan, Mary, and Albert.

If you remember from the episode May We Make Them Proud. Mary was going for the baby. Alice said she would get him, so Mary could help the other children get out. Alice's way got blocked with a burning timber.
