I have a question about a comfort issue I keep running into with yoga and pilates; I am a slender girl, about 5'9"&118 pounds, and Im kind of bony and I occasionally encounter discomfort even on a yoga mat when doing certain exercises(ie: my tail bone pressingthe mat). Is there anyway to elevate the pressure on the bonier parts of my body?

  • What is the difference? You used poses and routines invented by Ashtanga yoga and tell people that it is different from everything that's out there? Lame.

  • Tara what ever happened to that video of arm balancing poses from your Ford Model days? There was the crane, an extended side arm balance- it was very challenging but your teaching is lovely to follow- I know you are super busy but can you resurrect that video?

  • you have to advice peaple that kind of exercices is for advanced practicers...this lack of warning can injure a lot of peaple....very upset!!!!!!!!!!!
