02-12-08 Three Prohibited Public Comments at Board Mtg

Three Lake County moms were prohibited from speaking in direct violation of the Illinois Open Meetings Act during the Public Comment Section of the Lake County Board Meeting about new information involving the public corruption in Lake County's family court. Then on 2-15-08, Dr. Mannix received a letter dated 02-05-08 from the State's Attorney's Office which requested an extension to respond to the Freedom of Information Act Request she had submitted on 01/25/08. Apparently, by mistake, or by the Grace of God, an email dated January 23, 2008 from County Administrator Barry Burton to the Lake County Board and copied to Lake County Chief Judge David Hall, State's Attorney Michael Waller, and Chief Deputy State 's Attorney Margaret Marcouiller, was included with the letter requesting an extension to respond. The email exposed the Board's conspiracy to violate the Open Meetings Act against Dr. Mannix but not the other moms. The County Administrator's email also confirmed the Board's involvement in the public corruption in the Lake County, Illinois family court in conspiracy with the State's Attorney's Office. Note that Head Family Court Judge Jane Waller is married to State's Attorney Michael Waller which represents an undeniable conflict of interest. Sounds like a BROWN ACT violation by Bonnie Carter, Barry Burton, and employees. But ... if you can't get a remedy, you have no RIGHTS, when they are violated. Go See: "Arrest of George W. Bush, soon" There is little or NO Accountability left in our corporate State fascist regine. Obama is not prosecuting BUSH & Co. for blatant Constitutional violations, just as Bush let Clinton escape PERJURY prosecution after leaving office = ZERO Accountability = Tyranny.
