@666RiffsOfDeth666 It can be if you use a tube screamer or some sort of distortion pedal to add more gain. Also changing the tubes to 6L6's will help. I don't play death metal but im sure it would be able to.

@tomroffey666 like anything really! mostly distortion pedals?? flange phaser i have a massive pedal borad ! i i havent been able to use it much lately because my orange head hates other pedals! and i was thinking about getting a laney?

@cbertram11 Its kind of a weird question because any pedal should work with any amp. I mainly use the Laneys drive channel so i dont use many pedals, but im sure it should handle all your pedals fine. Its a very versatile amp as well can play anything from jazz to heavy metal.
