fun fact. federal prohibition is unconstitutional. in fact, federal law in general is unconstitutional. the tenth amendment basically says that the federal government can't do anything that the constitution doesn't specifically say it's supposed to do. the federal government, according to the constitution, is basically not allowed to make laws

truth is, marijuana should not be legalized. Just de-criminalized. because then nobody could get arrested for using it, dealers could still make their money without going to jail, and the government wouldnt mess it up like the did with tobacco. because i guarantee their would be companies who would put nicotene and other chemicals in it and ruin it. With de-criminalization you get the best of btoh worlds

I feel like everybody knows that marijuana does less harm than alcohol or tobacco...it is just a matter of getting the right politicians elected into office..which can be a challenge. I hate politics. Marijuana will be legalized because it should have NEVER been deemed illegal in the first place.

I find it absolutely hysterical that government wastes their time and money on things like marijuana. They should be focusing on actual crime and on the hard drugs are extremely addicting like heroin and methamphetamine and murders, robberies, kidnapings, rapes, and other serious offenses. Legalization will bring in billions of dollars if taxed, jobs, happiness, and less crime with drug cartels. Honestly lol.
