@DkFr88 yeah, they don't because you only get one beret for life.If you lose it for ANY reason(i.e. burned, stolen, shredded, sunk, etc.) you CANNOT get another one.You only get one for your entire life after graduating.You must treasure it with your life if you want to keep it, so they just don't wear in combat.

It's hard to overthrow a leader 99.99% of the nation's population loves.Overthrowing of any leader takes more than just combat skill, so why are you comparing spetsnaz skill to poor russian leadership and government?

@SpecialForcesHooah XD no, the spetsnaz did most of the work, the U.S. just came and finished it off like in WW2.Russians did 90% of the work.Being lucky and arriving at the right time doesn't display combat skill of spetsnaz.After all, soldiers ONLY win battles, BUT politics and effective leadership wins wars.
and about navy seals-yes, they're assassins,maybe not as much but their fighting style is-sniping all the time, high value targets.

@Rozaiko it took the russian army spetsnaz 10 years in afghanistan to overthrow mujahadeen but still no luck it took the green berets 100 soldiers in 1 month what took 15000 spetsnaz to failrangers are glorifield infantry and seals are not assaisin CIA does that

@Voider6211 green berets do the same evr heard of sere school they do "interogate" u and beat u up, and the green berets use ponchos as shelters and stuff. u will find the most brutal training is special operations combatives programs, they dont use protective gear most of the time to toughen u up but interogation in sere is prob harder think of it a green beret in a room, alowed to eat the crap out of someone and not get in trouble they would have a field day
