@AkteRassismus You might be surprised at how many fat boys are in better shape than "ripped" guys. A good diet and strength don't always coincide..

@NutritiouslyHigh Firstly, I'm just as strong as this guy but that was not a good lift. Strength is useless when you in rehab for a slipped disk. Secondly, you are an idiot for thinking that this is okay for someone to do to their back. Why don't you try some of these at 75 lbs and tell us how you feel in the morning. Also theirs no way to do this lift properly because this isn't a proper lift.

Apart from being able to do some SERIOUS damage to his back he's got strength, I'll give him that.. BUT this meat head American should really begin to train his muscle not his ignorant ego.

Plus, he reverse grip overhead pressed it with good form, which I highly doubt you could even get close to. I love how "ripped" people think they're all strong and shit, but in reality this guy could kick your ass without a problem.
