Learn to use a dictionary. 'On the lam' means 'on the run'. "Monkey on the Lamb" is the pun.

Play on words, actually.
It's a monkey on a lamb, but the gun (and music) indicate that the original intent of the word "lam" is held up, meaning he is running from the law.

I guess so but most of the graphics on that show are really good and that looks like it was pooped out at the last minute. I'm just saying as a professional I don't get why the person who made it wouldn't want to put something on the air they could be proud of.
