  • Hi Ben,You are absolutely a great singer

and I think it's fair to give you 5,000 Stars.

This was one of my Mother's favorite.

    God Bless.Eddie

  • Thank you very much, Eddie. This song always reminds of my mother, whom I lost 44 years ago when I was only 23 years old. There probably hasn't been a day gone by that I don't think about her. I know she prayed for me a lot. /Ben

  • You did a magnificent job! You did even better than the group in the "related videos" did.

  • Thanks, "Smile", I appreciate your kind comment. I took a look at some of your "Favorites" ...good choices. I especially like, "Three Rusty Nails" ...different version from some the other "Three Rusty Nails" on YouTube. I'm going to try and do it in the next few days.

    Ben

  • GREAT SONG I HAVE THIS BY MAC WISEMAN

  • That's where I got it. Mac is one ofe my favorite singers. Have you seen the Bluegrass Family Reunion video series that Mac Wiseman conducts and coordinates?

  • oh hell, dis is awesome. a billion stars

  • Love this old song . We need a lot more mother,s to pray today.

  • Thankyou for sharing, really well done.

  • Could the song Molly O'Day sang during the Korean conflict be called Mocking Bird Hill? I know there was a hill called Pork Chop Hill. The name could have been changed.

  • This is such a beautiful song, one of my favorite bluegrass standards.

I'm not a Christian, btw. But this is a truly beautiful song.
