As the tags say, it comes from Watanagashi. It played when Keiichi questioned Shion on the phone about when she met Kimiyoshi, and when Keiichi was about to be tortured.

@ozoz93 It also comes from Tatarigoroshi. I remember the first time I heard it as being when Keiichi confesses his murder to Irie. I still have a save file at that point so I could hear it over and over again (of course, this was BEFORE I found it on youtube).

@193Raiden It plays in Tatarigoroshi, I think, when Keiichi goes to Dr. Irie to confess that he "killed" Satoko's uncle, then Irie leaves the room and tells everyone how Keiichi's crazy and needs to be institutionalized.
