Never mind! LOL... I found my answer!!! My friends think I'm crazy for intaking so many carbs in one meal. They just don't realize how good this is for you!

@boo8ball I used to use a hand blender...so it doesn't matter. But, yes, this is a Vita Mix!

@aikirunner I drink the whole thing every morning!!! And it lasts me until 2pm...delicious and super-healthy!
Are you using a Vitamix? Can i just use my plain blender or do i need to get a powerful one? Thanks!! ♥

So Julieanna do you drink the whole blender full? That's a big smoothie for a small girl.
I have a green smoothie every morning too. I tend to use fresh fruit and use chia seeds for the omega-3.
