  • the Baton Rouge skyline has actually grown quite a bit since this video. At one time, I was not so enthusiastic about B.R., but the last few years have brought significant growth to the city. The Baton Rouge Metro Area includes over 700,000 people- so this is not a small city at all.

  • you're right!

  • Nice video. I spent a lot of free time visiting the capitol building. I took my 2 girls there, they were 4 and 10 at the time. On our way up to the observation deck (some 20+ floors)the 4 year old asked "Daddy who keeps changing the furniture around every time the doors open". I had to laugh. Thanks for the video.

  • Ur welcome... tnx 4 d comment

  • "not much of a skyline' "

Yeah you moron because in baton rouge we have GRASS. You probably live on 500 square miles of concrete. Go LSU!!!!

  • Baton Rouge has a law that says no building is allowed to be built taller than the state capital, which is where they're filming this from. No corporations want to build if they can only have short buildings.

  • @Joshuaguss...New Orleans could not afford the cost of calling it the N. O. Superdome!!! Without the tax money coming out of B.R. New Orleans could not survive.

  • baton rouge is sure a lot better than overrated new orleans

  • I loved growing up in BR in the 80's and 90's. So much stuff to do. Too bad the NOLA trash ruined it after Katrina. It was such a wonderful place before them......

  • @Joshuaguss If New Orleans wants to call it the "NOLA superdome", then maybe NOLA should be the one paying for it, not the entire state. Just a thought.

  • What an ugly and small skyline. New Orleans have the Best skyline in Louisiana plus a nice SuperDome. I love my skyline. And the Superdome should be called " The New Orleans Superdone," not " The Louisiana Superdome."

  • Gotta love BR!
