"Snow White: An Enchanting Musical" opened at Disneyland's Fantasyland Theater on February 23, 2004. The show opened to mixed reviews. The musical was on hiatus for 2005 but returned for perhaps its last season in 2006. It's final performance was the Labor Day weekend of 2006. In it's place is Princess Fantasy Faire.

The Evil Queen plots her plan to get rid of Snow White. She transforms into the Old Hag and offers Snow White a poisoned apple while the dwarfs are away from the cottage. But the forest animals warn the dwarfs and they all chase after the Old Hag up the castle tower. The Old Hag threatens the dwarfs with her power to control the weather. However, lighting strikes by the Old Hag and causes her to fall to her death before tossing a boulder at the dwarfs. The prince approaches Snow White where the dwarfs laid her to rest. But the Sleeping Death is broken once the prince kissed Snow White's lips. And they lived happily ever after...

The smoke machine was not working as the Old Hag travels on her boat.

I hate it when people leave before the actors are off stage. It's not only me videotaping, but it's very rude in general. The actors can still see you, you know!

  • It's called an illusion. Why is there a giant shattered talking mirror hovering over a forest?

  • You did a remarkable job keeping the camera stable for such a long length of time...steady cam or not...your arm gets tired! Thanks for posting!

  • thanks :) i had my camera bag on my lap then put my elbows on the bag. but my arms indeed still got tired

  • @wickedchicago Umm the Disney version lmao

  • @MeeshterTyler Being an actor myself, I can tell you that it really makes no difference whether it's free or not... it clearly wasn't free to produce, nor is it easy to perform like this 6 times a day. These tourists chose to watch this show and by doing so have made the commitment to stay and appreciate all the hard work that goes into this performance. The rides can wait!

  • I wish they'd have done something like this with sleeping beauty. :)

  • I always was terrified of the wicked witch when she turned into the beggar. I saw stage shows&ice shows of Snow White and pretty much died at every transformation... I would have died at this one too! They did a fab job! :)

  • @DznyAddict I understand that totally if this was a paid play! But you also have to consider this was probably a free show at Disneyland and people want to get their kids out on more rides! Just saying.

  • patrick stewart ftw!!!!

  • um wen the queen gets on the boat theres suppose to be smoke which is suppose to be the water

  • I'm Mad The People Leave Before The Show Was Done..LOL

  • man, live musical versions of Snow White, Aladdin, Toy Story...,

what I wouldn't give to see them do some musical versions of the Brer Rabbit stories. y'know, the ones from Song Of The South. that'd be cool.

  • What a wonderful show. I forgot how much I enjoyed it. Only was able to see it once in its run. Wish it would have stayed.
