Hiroshi Kobayashi's research lab in the Department of Human Engineering at the University of Tokyo is currently developing a "muscle suit" system that uses pressurized air rubber tubes to assist in raising the arm. The device maintains alignment on any arm regardless of its expansion and contraction.

The muscle suit is an artificial muscle device that covers the arm except at the joint. It is made of rubber and nylon that contracts in response to air pressure. Because of its lightweight design, it is easy to put on and take off, and in actuality it is a device that provides supplemental muscle power. It should prove useful as a muscle power supplement for seniors suffering from muscle atrophy as well as individuals suffering from injuries or disabilities.

Depending on how it is worn on the upper part of the limb, the muscle suit is capable of assisting in 7 different types of movement including bending and stretching. It is appropriate for use in rehabilitation, and could also prove useful in helping to correct the movement form of athletes. The muscle suit could also prove invaluable as an emotional support to nursing home residents by enabling them to move on their own.

Yea nanotechnology has been around for decades in theory but not in practice... I mean they knew about it in the 80s they just didnt have the technology to make it reality... this stuff here is just bullcrap...
