An opportunity I had to play a vintage Roland Jupiter 8 in perfect conditions. The first thing it came to my mind was the chords line of the theme "Zeit (for Stephan)" from the Johannes Schmoelling's first solo CD "Wuivend Riet" (1986)... one of the best themes from the '80s electronic music.

(Above the Jupiter 8 there are a Jupiter 4 (in the dark), a Yamaha CS-30 (not the traditional CS-30L), and a Minimoog on top)

The sound quality is not too good (taken from the camera's mic) but it was a very casual situation.

  • Nice version!!! Got any more like this of TD related works? Thanks for sharing!

  • @tangfanirl Hehe... thanks! Well, "version" is a very big word for this video. And, yes, a couple of friends and I have performed a TD cover in 2006, here in Barcelona. It was a part of Logos. You will find it here in YouTube under the name "Tangerine Dream - Logos cover by Klauss". Thanks for your words !
