Im at the end of my rehab from this i tore my achilles tendon at a basketball tournament and got surgery in april but im am going to be able to play again in for september which is really good bcuz i was supposedly not going to be ready until dec

my achilles has been swollen for about two years now..the swelling hasnt gone down..i never really did any therapy...any kind of information would help plenty..thanks

I'm four weeks post surgery and just went back to work today. I want a giant fast forward button for life so I can get back to normal. Thanks for all your helpful information...as I get to each point I'll take your advice so I can heal faster and correctly.
