Mars Science Laboratory Lifts Off for Red Planet

NASA's Curiosity rover has begun the journey to Mars after its Atlas V rocket launched successfully from the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station on Nov. 26. Ten instruments aboard MSL will provide new data about whether the area within and around Mars' Gale Crater could ever have supported microbial life. The Mars Science Laboratory is expected to reach Mars next August.

Successful launch of a landmark for one of the most important exploratory vehicles on its way to Mars. Cart Martian "Kiriwsaty Curiosity" and is the "curiosity" or "curiosity" and is in fact its name shows very clearly the motivation behind the launch of the legendary Martian cart.

this is the first video i watched regarding rockets. it is quite amazing, i am really amused. the rocket stays very long in the sky.

Note : Opportunity is still active, so if MSL Reach Mars in August 2012, (in 5th of august to be exact) that means theres 2 Rover Active
