Are you a moron? No one mentioned that a teacher's age or looks have anything to do with their ability to teach. The ability to teach is a gift with which not everyone is endowed. I have had awful "pretty" teachers and amazing "wrinkled" ones. And yes, kids can tell the difference. I suppose you've heard the phrase: "Those who can't do, teach." Well, those who can't teach, shouldn't. Are you worried that you are a crappy teacher?

Let’s get rid of all those ugly, old, wrinkled, gray-haired, denture-wearing, bifocal-wearing, arthritic, slow-moving teachers that stink like Ben-Gay!
Let’s replace them with pretty, young teachers that can keep up the pace!
I am sure those INEXPERIENCED new teachers will MOTIVATE all the STUDENTS into STUDYING and doing their HOMEWORK!
Thanks to those EFFECTIVE new teachers, all the students will drink their milk and eat their vegetables!
