Tony Slydini and Dai Vernon the true magic legends.
Mentors of Doug Hennings of whom later Chris Angel, David Copperfield and David Blaine would inspire to become magicians.

They are so mean to the volunteer!

@HypnoticPhantom He was the Master of course he new his actions better than you, But there are so many Magicians doing his Tricks and love to see them , They Probably never saw Slydini but Some Posters are Masters also and should not Imitate his accent and do the trick their way. I lived near him but when I was in my 20's I wasn't into Magic, Music Played with Muddy Waters but I got Shot into Magic , You can't the Imitate Masters! But you can Do their tricks to Lay People Your way and Look Good.

@petefoxo Great Master

Learn how the trick is done I will give only one tip He uses the Ten Kai Palm maybe misspelled and I am not going to divulge the real trick but the card is not on the table at all for the person to find until the very end . Cant say anymore , he is not using random cards at all ( Misdirection ) and there is a special ending Period . Just learn that palm and you will figure it out . Bill Malone couldn't come near Slydini .LEARN THE PALM

@petefoxo That is Slydini himself doing his card trick, I would assume he knows his actions better than some poster on YouTube years later.
Yes, Slydini was certainly a magician's magician. If you don't like his stuff, go watch someone doing Sybil or jacking around with scotch n soda.

Slydini was a magician's magician. If you can't appreciate it, there's plenty of tricks on youtube done with a fake thumb that you might be more inclined to enjoy.
