these are horrible download/upload speeds for both carriers. I'm pretty surprised that verizon has a lower download speed than att. i have att and wherever i have compared my iphone download speed using this app with verizon, verizon has always won. i understand that att has the HSPA+ speed on their iphone but verizon still beats it 9/10 of the time with their regular 3g speed.

Oh, ms = milliseconds in terms of how much time it can go from server to phone. Lower is better.
