Tuesday, October 3rd, 1995 -- A dark day for justice in America (or anywhere). That was the day when a double-murderer named Orenthal James Simpson was able to walk out of a Los Angeles, California, courtroom a free man.

When people talk about OJ they forget that the NUMBER 1 problem was the JURY. At the end of the day, these morons decided the outcome of the trial. None of them deserve to be active members of society.

BELIEVE ME, black people KNOW O.J either did it or KNEW who did it (hired hit) but u have to account the anger towards the LAPD at that time in 1994 with how much racial abuse blacks, latino's aka minorities had to go through. During a time when the L.A riots where a few yrs before AND the most important event of all which was WHITE LAPD officers who got off scott free 4 what they did to Rodney King which was FILMED ON TAPE!! Had these events not happined, O.J wouldve gotten atleast Manslaughter

Probable cause has to be proven. Which requires MORE evidence than just a reasonable suspicion. They couldn't prove probable cause. There was a lot of mistakes with law enforcement. Allegations of racism and framing. The point of a trial is to prove what the defendant has been charged with. Prosecutors couldn't prove it. Just like Casey Anthony. She either murdered her daughter or knows who did it. But she got off because they couldn't prove who/what/where/when/how. That's our judicial system.

Does anyone know why the defense team won this case? OJ was guilty as hell. He abused his wife. He stalked her. She made several calls to 911 where you can hear him beyond screaming at her. Broken down doors. Here is why he got off...DNA evidence (a relatively new form of evidence in trials at the time).. Not like today with Jodi Arias.. If she had killed Travis back then she would have got off too.

Surely there should be a duty placed upon the judicial system to retry the case for another potential suspect if the jury found him not guilty. By all accounts, if the jury claimed OJ was innocent (which I completely disagree with anyway) then there is a murderer walking freely somewhere who could kill again but nobody cares? It's very odd behavior...
