@Csati88vas I just think that dark techno has a more moody aura and a melody which normal techno lacks. I'm a big fan of Darkpsy and Darkstep/Neurofunk so I completely understand where you are coming from. They have around 150-160 bpm and consist of very distorted drums and in darkpsy case complex multiple overlaying melodies. Techno lacks all that but the melody and the "dark synts" make it very welcome in my book, dark means adding complexity not butchering it, love those styles a lot!
