hi, it's a standard Bm chord. It's played as x24432. read from left to right. The left is the 6th string which is the thickest, lowest sounding string. "x" means you do not play that string, and the numbers represents the frets to press for each string

awesome loved the videos except its not as clear. The sound is low and the positioning of the fingers is not as clear aswell. Can you send the send video but with better sonding and more clear.
