Thank you for posting this moving chant by Divna Ljubojevic. This is the Orthodox (Byzantine) hymn to the Holy Virgin - similar to Ave Maria in Catholic Christianity - originally written in Greek. Here it is pronounced in Old Church Slavonic. In english it would read somethong like this:

Rejoice, O virgin Mother of God,

Mary full of grace, the Lord is with You.

Blessed are You among women,

And blessed is the fruit of your womb,

for You have borne the Savior of our souls.
