An animal cannot legally consent. Age of consent laws are put into place with the assumption that a person has the intellectual ability to make informed consent at that age. Animals cannot be proven to have the ability to consent because they cannot communicate in a human tongue.

Transsexuals are included in the gay community, polygamy is supported by your Bible, adultery is defined by action, not belief or orientation, and bestiality is illegal for the reason that animals cannot consent to sexual activity.
