if i download an xbox 360 game on my pc and put it on a usb can i play it on my xbox? or do i have to madify things? cause i want to play Nier but it does not come in my country

wow fake i saw the top it said oxm disc that stands for official xbox magazine its a demo disc that comes with the oxm magazine if you buy it i have 1 of these discs
