Grimson actually tried to dissuade Odgers from fighting, as he had a major size advantage. Odgers attempt to fire up his team in that series didn't work; the Sharks got swept four straight. Goes to show this tactic doesn't work as often as they say.

props to Odgers for having the balls to take on Stu

Grimson was just trying to respect the code and not lay out the Captain. But the ref didn't step in when he asked, so he did what he had to.

How the hell are the announcers saying grim caught him off gaurd? he dropped the gloves, waited for odgers to latch on and threw a punch at the same time as him. announcers are fucking dumb.
