@cutlerylover Originally they were fine, it's just modern ones that are inbred to the point of being ill (like a lot of other 'pedigrees) and Jeff's looks surprisingly healthy, so maybe the breeder he got Gus from has been working to reverse some of these health problems? You can tell an unhealthy bulldog just by looking/listening to it.

@FrackleRackle Bulldogs generally have a body shape of...round. That with all the extra flaps of skin make them look kind of fat. That being said, I doubt Gus misses many meals.

i wish they never bread bull dogs. those dogs spend there entire lives having breathing problems and have lots of other health problems. bull dogs were a failed science project
