Dorian and Mel: To Hell and Back, Part 1

Dorian is shot and rushed to Llaniew Hospital. There are complications in surgery to remove gun fragments; she hemorrhages on the table and goes into cardiac arrest. Later she is put on life support and the family decides to remove her from it and allow her to do the one thing she knows how to do--fight! Meanwhile, Dorian's thoughts bring her inside what can best be described as hell's waiting room with host, who looks very much like Carlo Hesser (played by Thom Christopher). While there she must confront a host of insecurities, which lead her to fantasize about how her loved ones would react in her death. She even fantasizes about Viki taking over her life and Mel having and affair with a nurse and later Kelly. But she must face her biggest fear which is that of abandonment and guilt at killing her mother. To do that, she must deal with her mother and come out of it willing to live and love again. 1 of 10 parts, follows "Dorian and Mel: Dorian is Shot!"
