  • Yes, exactly! I hear John Anderson's band and music style playing this song. It all makes perfect sense now. I do believe that the lyrics belongs to Jim Billie.

Jim's father was a white man, wasn't he? I see a lot of white man in him.

  • @NDNWatch Jim Billie wrote this song on a yellow legal pad, I watched him 2 or 3 times long before John Anderson made Seminole Wind,

  • This song reminds me of John Anderson's Seminole Wind. Blow blow seminole wind. do do dada dada doo doo doo.

  • @NDNWatch

John made Seminole Wind after we made this. He made it entirely at Big Cyprus

    They are good friends

  • @NDNWatch his dad was a white dude

  • when i was young my mom would take me to the reenactments to learn about my heritage , im part seminole , i miss it soo

  • At 6:29 he flawlessly excecutes a duck-over-go-behind. He could easily have gone into the figure four leg lock. But the proud Seminole Chief had mercy on the behemoth. This combination, of humaness and heroism makes Chief Billie not just the man, the myth, the legend. But also...............the REAL Halpate - Chobee !!

  • hi jim !

  • Chief Billie is doing fine. He is a survivor!

  • how is chief billie doing these days? can anyone tell me?

  • a good video on seminole culture!
