Nobody reports it, there's no 'profile', no crime has taken place, There does not exist a "description" or profile. If it does, it is just a racial profile at best. There is no piece of paper that says, "we have word that you should stop every young black person dressed like; this they have all been involved in a crime". Also, youtube fights are boring. you know sometimes you have to overlook some of what cops do they have a highly stressful job I'm not excusing them for beating and hurting people but sarcasm doesn't hurt. sometimes people have to get over jesters and sarcasm. move on with your life
