McKay is obviously a professional and used a calm tone of voice to attempt to be reasonable with this punk. Kenney asks the anarchist's questions of "Does it matter" when asked for his name by the officer. The whole list of why's are given and Kenney continues with "Why". He even gives him a choice of identifiying himself or going to jail. This kid obviously had issues with authority of any kind

There has to be an articulable suspicious activity for a detainment by law enforcement to be proper.

Well. After listening again... The little boy asked his name and the cop asked for Liko name. The boy was acting like he was authority and refused at first. I didn't listen to the whole thing. The boy was wrong. NO EXCUSES

Yes he did. If you watch the 1st part of the video, McKay told Liko he was in a suspicious place at a suspicious time. Liko even repeated the comment back to McKay with an audacious tone and it was at that point Liko started becoming bilgerant

That cop didn't give any reason to hold him up with no answer. He never gave this little boy no reason

if you lived in franconia then you would know that the was fox hill parking area. no houses around, no one to stalk no one to steal from. its where we all hang out and maybe smoke some dope. not where we get together to plot the next big "job"

Stupid idiot...wish the cop would knock the crap out of him...
The cop gave many warnings, he is far from an 'ass'.

What a fucking idiot. The cops in my town would have snatched his ass out of the car by his head and had him hog tied in the back of the cop car.
