In June 2009 the United Kingdom Ratified The United Nations Convention of Rights for Persons with Disability 2008: this is an instrument of Law set out to Protect the Rights of People with Disabilities and it is also a Direct Component of the U.N. Declaration of Human Rights 1948 which was set out to protect all People who are considered as different in this world by other People. The Nazis during the Second World War 1939 to 1945 systematically began to annihilated the Jewish Race, the Gypsies, and all those who they not considered were not pure and perfect according to their Fascistic and Aryan ideologies.
