Saw them open for either the Hooters or Icehouse in the late 80's. GREAT show! I love this entire album. Would you die for me???

For anyone wondering what happened to SO, check out THE OPPOSITION or OPPOSITION. This is Marcus Bell and Mark Long's original group before they left for the SO project. Amazon has the cd(s). There is a link that enables you to listen to 4 of thier songs.

First heard this song from the LIVING IN OBLIVION compilation . . loved it ! ! Spent some time looking for the cd and could not find it . . until I went to Alaska and found it in a mom and pop music store for $5.00. Thank god for LIVING IN OBLIVION. Whomever put those cds together should get an emmy for the best music, even if it is a compilation. They did a great job and putting together a true 80s music compilation, the best compilation sets that I own, hands down ! !

They were a good, solid band who seemed to be on the right track. A shame that they were terribly underrated! But I was 23, and I remember them. I will always remember "Are You Sure?"

@drheino ....do you remember t'pau heart and soul or clemie fisher love changes everything..great music
This is one of the most hard to find videos in the history of 80's music. As far as I know this is the only SO video available in the web until now. Ironically this group was SO underrated back in the 80s and they never got the attention that they really deserved. "Are you sure" is a very solid track, with great lirycs and good arrangements. Thanks for the post.

Unfortanately for the band "SO" - they sounded too much like Simple Minds and were likely disregarded for that reason - but I think this song is as good as any Simple Minds songs (whose best song ironically was not written by them "Don't you forget about Me") and the entire album "Horseshoe in the Glove" is excellent.
