If someone went into the place to the ballot paper with the key,no one knew.If it is secret,y is our name n IC number needed on the voting card?The counter staff can just match the name n ic number on our identity card with a list of their paper to ensure we r the correct voter before sending us to the voting area.No ic number shld be printed on the voting card.
